Nutrition Management will assess and monitor your nutritional status, whether for weight management, sports performance, or a combination of both.  Your initial appointment will consist of a detailed discussion of your personal nutritional goals and development of a plan to reach those goals. You will be provided with an online nutrition log and instruction on its use and benefits.
